Belgian Malinois - Family protection dogs

Before the formal classification of dog breeds, a number of similar dog “types” evolved close to Holland, France, Belgium, and Germany’s borders. These would eventually develop into the German, Dutch, and Belgian Shepherd breeds. Currently, there are four sub-breeds within the Belgian Shepherd classification. They are the the Groenendael, Laekenois, Malinois and Tervuren. Of these, the Malinois is the best known and most popular for protection and guarding work.

Commonly found in police and military working dog units across the world, the Belgian Malinois is renowned for its intelligence, trainability, and strong work drive. Naturally highly protective, it tends to bond easily with its handlers making it a good candidate for family protection work.

Working with our trusted partners, we select the best Belgian Malinois puppies for family protection work and take them through our special training programme before sending them on to our clients and customers.
