LEEDOR IS THE FOUNDER AND LEAD TRAINER AT PROTECTION DOGS WORLDWIDE.

He first became involved in dog training while rehabilitating dogs branded as being overly aggressive, and has always lived with pet dogs. Leedor personally selects all of Protection Dogs Worldwide’s dogs by travelling throughout the world to visit elite breeders and family-run kennels. With a customer’s specific requirements in mind, he assesses each potential dog, and makes every effort to ensure that the most appropriate dog for them is identified.

He also works alongside the Manof K9 Institute, who are best known for supplying dogs to Israeli army and police special forces. He also regularly trains and works alongside other world authorities in dog training, including a number of international police forces. He has sourced, trained, and supplied protection dogs to a range of high profile clients. These have ranged from high-profile diplomats to celebrities, both in the UK and abroad. His special professional interest is developing dogs to Protection Dogs Worldwide’s “Elite” standard, and simulating realistic training scenarios.

ANNA IS HEAD TRAINER AT PROTECTION DOGS WORLDWIDE, AS WELL AS BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION. SHE HOLDS A POSTGRADUATE DEGREE IN ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR, HAVING FIRST STUDIED BIOLOGY AT UNDERGRADUATE LEVEL AT STOCKHOLM UNIVERSITY. SHE IS CURRENTLY COMPETING WITH CATCH, HER GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG, IN THE IGP PROTECTION SPORT AT AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.

Professionally, Anna has experience working with wolves as well as dogs. While at Stockholm University, she was part of a team responsible for raising wolf and dog litters for behavioural science studies. She also lived in Germany for three years while studying practical dog training under former IGP world champion, Yannick Kayser. Here, she trained a large number of dogs and handlers. She is also involved in agility and obedience sports as well as working dog trials.

Anna combines a high level of theoretical knowledge with real world practical experience. Her instinctive feel for dogs and their training needs make her a highly valued team member and mentor for less experienced colleagues.

BETH HAS ALWAYS HAD A NATURAL AFFINITY WITH ANIMALS, AND FORMS VERY CLOSE BONDS WITH THE DOGS SHE TRAINS.

Within Protection Dogs Worldwide, she brings a high level of expertise in obedience training, especially with younger dogs. She has outstanding animal husbandry training and knowledge, which has proved invaluable in maintaining our dogs in peak condition. She also supports Protection Dogs Worldwide’s ongoing business operations.

LEWIS HAS REPRESENTED HIS COUNTRY ‘ TEAM GB’ AT THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR GERMAN SHEPHERD DOGS IN TILBURG HOLLAND 2017 MADRID SPAIN IN 2021 AND ALSO DENMARK IN 2022.

Aside from this he has competed at many national championships in the UK which he has won in 2020 Lewis has also worked closely with some of the police forces in the UK and also trained many dogs for the security sectors. On a decoy level for the protection work, Lewis obtained the highest grading ‘A grade’ for a decoy in the UK at just the age of 17 and has held a license for the last 16 years and was chosen to the do decoy work at the national championships in the UK. And is recognised as one of the top helpers in the country, Furthermore Lewis has visited some world renowned trainers and seminars across Europe to gather as much knowledge as possible and looks forward to expanding his knowledge further in the future.

AFTER WORKING IN THE CANINE INDUSTRY FOR OVER SIX YEARS, GRACE HAS NOW PROGRESSED ONTO BECOMING ONE OF OUR PROTECTION DOG TRAINERS AND CLOSELY SUPPORTS OUR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS.

She has always been inspired by dogs, as well as ensuring that their welfare, husbandry, and training are delivered to the highest possible standard. Managing dog handovers with new clients is a particular highlight of Grace’s work, as well as the friendships she has built by doing so. She also leads on socialising dogs while exposing them to new environments and stimuli, both in and outside the home.

JOE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT WORKING WITH DOGS, ESPECIALLY ROTTWEILERS AND GERMAN SHEPHERDS.

He supports our protection dog training as a decoy, and is excited to introduce his own young German Shepherd Dog – who we are proud to have bred – to the world of protection sports.

Roger is Protection Dogs Worldwide’s Kennel Supervisor and Lead Security Consultant.

He is a British Army veteran and spent most of his military career with 22 SAS where he handled dogs on operations in Northern Ireland, Afghanistan, and Africa. On leaving the military, he joined the private security sector and is a well-regarded hostile environment close protection operative, close protection instructor, and dog handler. His principals have included British government officials and Middle Eastern royalty, and his private sector work has taken him across Africa, Iraq, Afghanistan, Haiti, and South America.

Roger also holds a range of NASDU qualifications, and supported anti-poaching efforts in Africa with his tracking, search, and detection expertise. Outside of work, he is a lifelong dog lover and enjoys spending time with the three dogs he currently owns.

FABIO IS OUR IN-HOUSE CANINE NUTRITION EXPERT, WITH A PARTICULAR SPECIALISM IN RAW DIETS AND SUPPLEMENTATION.

He is an experienced Cane Corso breeder, and is part of our training team with a particular focus on our various courses.

DOGS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PART OF HARVEY’S LIFE. GROWING UP WITH BOTH OF HIS PARENTS WORKING IN THE DOG INDUSTRY, WANTING TO BECOME A TRAINER WAS VERY MUCH A NATURAL DECISION FOR HIM.

He has a particular affinity for German and Belgian Shepherds, especially the Malinois. Harvey is an integral member of the Protection Dogs Worldwide team, taking responsibility for general animal husbandry. He is also developing his skills as a trainer, and his desire to take dogs to the best performance levels possibly make him an in valuable asset

LYDIA HAS SPENT ALL HER LIFE AROUND DOGS, AND HAS A PARTICULAR AFFINITY FOR BULL BREEDS.

She initially took a BTEC Level 3 in Animal Management (Behaviour and Welfare) at Bishop Burton College where she specialised in kennel management and dog training. After this, she earned a Level 2 and 3 City & Guilds qualifications in Dog Grooming, and has since managed her own dog grooming business. She has also worked at a boarding kennel which houses dogs seized by the police under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
