From the moment Angus arrived in Australia, he completely blew us away. At just 18 months old, after travelling halfway around the world and completing quarantine, he walked into our home and bonded with our family immediately. It was as though he could sense just how much love was waiting for him. We were all there with open arms, so excited to finally have him home, and the poor boy didn’t know who to choose first! Angus is everything we could have hoped for and more.
Bringing Angus into our family has been an incredible experience. Before choosing Protection Dogs Worldwide, we spent a great deal of time researching protection dog companies around the world, but we continually came back to PDW. It wasn’t only the exceptional standard of their dogs that impressed us, but the genuine love, care and dedication that clearly goes into raising and training them. Angus is everything we hoped for and more. He is incredibly intelligent and loyal, with a majestic, commanding presence that immediately captures attention wherever he goes. People genuinely stop and stare. There is simply something about him that draws you in. He is powerful, confident and composed, yet behind all of that is the most affectionate, loving and hilariously goofy boy. There is something extraordinary about having a dog with such strength and presence, who makes us feel completely safe and protected, yet at home simply wants to be close to his family and be part of everything we do. What has impressed us just as much is the ongoing support from the entire Protection Dogs Worldwide team.
Their commitment didn’t end when Angus left the UK; they have continued to be there for us every step of the way. We knew Protection Dogs Worldwide was world class before Angus arrived. Now that he is part of our family, we understand it on an entirely different level. The dedication, care and extraordinary amount of work that has gone into Angus is evident in the dog he is today. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful boy or more grateful to everyone at Protection Dogs Worldwide who played a part in bringing Angus into our lives. He truly is everything we could have wished for and more.
